Groups, competitions, crowds during Pres Week

Just planned an unplanned trip to WDW and realized it falls during Presidents Week. Presidents Day is Mon 2/20 this year, and we'll be arriving later in the week. I expect crowds due to school vacations, but how bad do you think it will be? Also, what special groups might be competing or there during this time? And do you know where they will be staying? Maybe I should unplan my trip? Thanks for sharing any info you might have. I'm not up on all of this right now, since we planned this trip out of the blue.

We always go Presidents Week, as it coincides with a school vacation. Presidents Weekend and the Holiday are real busy, but it seems to thin out towards the end of the week. Overall, its busy, plan your time accordingly. One night, I think the MK is open until 3am, but it might be the 19th. We tend to hit the pool in the AM and head to the parks later, with older kids they can tolorate it a bit better staying up late. There always seems to be some cheerleading groups at the All Stars, but they are well behaved and having a great time. Any more questions just ask!
