Did anyone buy the Organic Acres groupon back a few months ago??? Like April/May/June sometime?
If so, or if you use organic acres...have you ever actually received a shipment from them?
I ordered the groupon and understand that the Oregon growing season was difficult at the beg. of the year because LOTS of rain/cold.
My first scheduled shipment was supposed to be back in the beg. of July. I did not receive it, "because of the poor start to the growing season" is what Organic Acres is saying.
My second scheduled shipment was for beg. of Aug, my THIRD was for mid-end Aug...I AM NOW ON MY FOURTH different date change. Back in Aug, they told me my shipment would go out first week of Sept. and that an e-mail would be sent to me when it was shipped.
I have gotten NO RESPONSE from them for a few weeks now, no e-mail stating that anything has shipped, no 'updates' or anything!
I can understand the poor weather, and things being delayed. What I cannot understand is the POOR COMMUNICATION that this company has with their customers.
Maybe it's just me? Have others received their boxes? Have you HEARD from them?
I've not been able to find a phone number on their website.
