Groupon - Anyone Having Trouble

Hi.
Is anyone else having trouble with Groupon?
I was shopping ALL morning on Groupon for about 3 hours and
now my cart won't refresh and it won't even let me get to my cart
any longer.

I keep trying to get back on and restart but it is not working properly!
Anyone else?
 
OMG now it says it is no longer available "Groupon".
I lost 3 hours of all my saved stuff!
 
That's terrible! Can you call? Maybe they have a record of your cart?

I've had several problems with Groupon in the past, mostly when I try to redeem one in a store or restaurant. They have great customer service after the fact, but I've found completing transactions with Groupons to be frustrating.

I called and apparently I am the only groupon user to have this problem :confused3 I called since the site came back and I started putting things in my cart again and now says 501 Error, Page Broken. I did this when on the phone with the agent but she was going in/out and I asked her if I was on speaker since she said she would do my order for me but her voice kept going in and out and before I threw my phone (I'm at work by the way), I decided to just tell her forget it.
I have been going on and trying to purchase what I remember but then when I hit purchase, nothing shows and says broken page, error (this is coming from groupon, not my computer). I did restart my computer, same thing, I then went to another computer at work and same thing.

OMG, it was about 3 hours of work and I hope what I want isn't all gone!!
 

Now it says Groupon will be right back, :confused3
 
Is anyone having this problem?

I have been trying to spend my money, actually hundreds of dollars, on groupon ALL DAY!
 
I usually use the Groupon app on my iphone, and it seems to be working fine this morning. I did just check the website and was able to load it ok too. Everything from my cart on the app appeared in my cart on the full site when I logged in as well.

I'm sorry you're having issues! It really sucks when you've spent that much time browsing and adding things and then the website messes up. I usually wind up frustrated and don't wind up purchasing anything. :worried:

So, you can see your stuff? I tried my app but it won't show me my cart??????? I still can't get on from here and wonder now if it a work thing even though I am not having trouble with anything else.
I had SO many items and was so happy but now ready to throw my computer at groupon LOL

No problem! I wish I could be of more help. Everything is working normally for me. That's strange. Maybe it is because you were at work. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon!
Haha. I've definitely been there. That's the only problem with shopping apps on my phone. If something comes up with an error I have to keep from throwing my phone. Ha!

I have tried to purchase A L L day since 8:30 am this morning and just tried again. I tried all day at work!!

I came home and tried my work, personal email as well as went under my moms account and tried. When I select the item ANY item, I try to purchase and then groupon tells me their page is broken to try again and hit refresh. There is about $300 in items I wanted to purchase. Some I remember and some I do not but I literally tried all day! Im so frustrated.
 
Just logged on and went to purchase something and says "Groupon will be back shortly".

This is just unacceptable. I am beside myself and so upset. Thank you for letting me vent!

Trying to use my phone app but only letting me purchase one thing at a time, which would be fine but
it is free shipping over $25 or something and have to make lots of purchases which will add up to about $300+.
Does anyone please know how to keep things in your cart without purchasing one item at a time on the app.

OMG, I have a call into groupon again. I want bathing suits for my teen son, earrings, and many other items.
Website still saying it will be back shortly when I purchase anything. It has given me a headache but I really
want the items (for instance $10 bathing suits for my son since he needs for our trip next month!).
 
Just placed an order with no problems. Could it be a problem with your account? Can you open a new one under a different email?

I thought that too and tried it under my moms account on my home laptop last night. I am sooo upset and annoyed! This is day 2. It keeps bringing me back to broken page or be right back even last night on a home laptop under my moms account and just made up a new email address and tried and now stil same. Omg
 
Also, I can go into my account, profile, old groupons but when I hit cart or purchase, it brings me back around. You are lucky, I want to spend my money and can't!

Even if I do not log on with an account, it is saying the site says come back later, when I go to purchase something.

On with them now and at least the guy sounds more competent than the person I had yesterday. I'm on hold.

Using Firefox from work, hmmm, I'll use internet explorer? or other way around, I really don't know but will try it.

I just tried to use Internet Explorer and Firefox and still the same.
Groupon has no clue but he is still trying to help me.

I cleared my cookies. On with groupon for 27 minutes.
