Group sites available?

Hi There,
We are planning on going to WDW in October and plan on staying at FW...of course WE plan on going with a few families, can we request certain loops and sites together? Anyone have any advice?

Set up a Grand Gathering. Call 407-WDW-PLAN or speak with Rhonda on this camping board to get it going. WDW will do their best to keep you all as close together as possible!

Yea, Disney is really good about trying to keep you together. It's not guaranteed, but normally they're able to get the job done. As Pixie mentioned, setting up a Grand Gathering would probably be your best chance as compared to just asking when you show up

You can also ask them to link your reservations. That's what we did when we stayed at Pop Century in Dec (Christmas Time). We forgot about the Grand Gatherings until we got there. Then my DH saw the Incredibles Grand Gathering Buttons that people had on, and we were able to get those from the front desk. But they can link the reservations, if you forget about GG. Then just call about a week before you get here and make sure that they have you all in the same loop b/c that's when they assign the loops.
