Group ADR question

My sis, bro and I are taking our families in Nov. Can I make our ADR reservations together even if we have different confirmation numbers for our rooms? I know that we don't have to have room reservations to do dining reservations except staying on property opens up the ADRs at 180 +10.

Any suggestions?

Yes, you can use any one of your room confirmation numbers in order to book for all of you. Depending on the size of your party, you may have to call rather than booking online. I believe the online system allows you to book parties up to 14 people but more than that and you have to call. I've done a few multi-room/family trips and I always called to do my large ADRs.

We are just back from a Feb.12 to Feb. 18 trip with the free dining package. Our group of 7 had two rooms at POFQ. I made six ADR's for all seven of us using my reservation number. At the restaurant we informed the waiter at the beginning of the meal that we were staying in two rooms (4 in one room, 3 in another room). The waiter used the two cards of the primary guest listed for each room to charge the apporprate meals (4 to one room, 3 to the other room).

Thanks! There are 11 of us going so looks like I can get online and do all of the reservations at once. I just wanted to make sure that we could get into Chef Mickeys at the same time.
