Ground Floor BLT

Any one stay in a ground floor Bay Lake Tower? We like ground floors best, and I know that is not normally popular. Just wondered if anyone had one yet.

We were on the 3rd floor in February. Looking out the window it seemed higher. What was your view on ground level?

I was just in a ground 1br this week. Looked right onto the bocce ball courts. My only complaint was the lack of window sheets. It was sunny in the morning when I was packing but I didn't want the whole world to see me so I kept the room darkening curtains closed.

Oh sorry. It sounded like I had a ground floor at BLT, but I have not yet. Hope too at the end of the month. We like ground floors at BWV and BCV leading out to the quiet pool. Was hoping for something like that at BLT.

We had a 1BR 1st floor in Oct - and didn't care for it because we couldn't comfortably leave the curtains open all the time like we normally do. There were people walking by (close) all of the time.

ITA. That's the only issue we had with the 2 ground floor rooms we have had. 7135, a 1BR standard, looked right out to the bocce ball court & 7136, also a 1BR standard (and ironically right across the hall from room #1), looked over the marina & CR.
