Okay Peeps. Probably this has been put out there before but I am new to the whole coupon, plan ahead, not spend a fortune on food gang. I spent days figuring out a system.
Here is my tip for a shopping list that I found in the course of my research.

You can print one out, search your recipes and grocery fliers and voila! Minimal time and effort to have an efficient list. I am going to TRAIN my dh to mark off things as he sees needed by leaving this on the fridge.
I hope this helps someone else. I am sure I will save on coupons, but I just used a whole ink cartridge printing out the lists, coupons, etc from the grocery game.
