Is it true that they do not accept packages and also do not accept any grocery deliveries? If so, is the best way to take a taxi out to a store? We usually use Happy Limo and stop on the way over to the hotel but our flight gets in at 9:30pm this year and that doesn't seem like a feasible option...

That is correct. S/D does not accept grocery deliveries from outside vendors. They do offer a service called Personal Pantry, designed to deliver snacks and beverages to your room. The "menu" is very limited and a bit pricey though (see: here). Your best bet is to either stop at a grocery store on the way from the airport or to hire a service like Uber to take you there the next morning.

I'm so upset to read this. :( I always use Garden Grocer for my grocery needs and was planning to do that again this time. I didn't know that the Swan would not accept grocery delivery.

Sorry you are upset, but this has been the case for many years and it has been discussed here. Sorry you didn't know

Well this is my first time staying there, and it wasn't a question that I thought to ask because everywhere I have ever stayed in Orlando has accepted orders from there. Sorry if it's been said "on here" before.............

No need to get "snitty" I was trying to sympathize with you.

I wasn't trying to get snitty. By my interpretation, you seemed to imply that it was something I should have already known. I apologize if I misunderstood. And I apologize if I came off overly sarcastic. It's testing season, and I'm a teacher, so I probably have a bit of an attitude problem right now.

If it is any comfort, I didn't know either. And like you, I'm planning my first stay at the Swan. We are renting a car for the stay, so we plan on stopping. I'm pretty sure Happy Limo will still stop that late at night, and if they do the stores will be pretty empty. If they don't then take a taxi or uber to a grocery store.

But yeah, Garden Grocer would be much easier.
