Poly had a shop on the level that you enter from the monorail WL (ok not on monorail) also has a shop off the main lobby. Both sold many snack/other food items.
Not sure where the GF and contemporary stores are located.

Yes. Our last trip we stayed at GF. I was able to purchase several grocery type items like that at Gasperillas.

CR has a store all the way on the northwest end that sells food and such for DVC. I think any DVC resort has a small grocery

The official CR and BLT thread has pictures of the Fantasia market in CR in the first few pages of the thread, showing everything in it, practically! BLT does not have its own store, but going to CR's store is a 2 minute covered walk from BLT.
