Grocery Delivery

We are having gardengrocer.com deliver to the Poly including milk and yogurt. When my aunt called the Poly to confirm they would store the perishables correctly she was told they could not do that. What has been everyone's experience with grocery delivery in general and the Poly specifically.

We always order perishable items and found that Garden Grocer places them in those silver cold bags. The WDW S/D Hotel, ALWAYS placed in fridge and took out the moment we picked up the order. Cannot believe Poly would not do this

Not sure about the storing thing but we just used wegoshop while staying at the Poly. Much cheaper than gardengrocer and Marge and her DH were awesome! They delivered everything right to the room after we returned for the evening from one of the parks.

I use wegoshop but bell services at AKL and POFQ both stored the perishables in a fridge (that beer was very cold )
