grocery delivery vs. shopping

I have seen several posts about grocery shopping services and was wondering whether anyone can comment on the different services and prices and selection, etc. Is this dependable?

We've used three options: WeGoShop, GardenGrocer, and taking a grocery trip on our own.

WeGoShop = Friendly, personal service, very well priced.
GardenGrocer = High prices (same as the resort store), not too flexible and not personable (many problems)
Shopping on our own = Take a left, now a right, no , go back... OK, we're lost.

I believe there's one more service out there we havn't tried, and one or two limo companies will make a 30 minute store stop for you... which might be too hectic as I take an hour in a store.

I'm returning to WeGoShop on our next visit
