Hi, from the research I've been doing it seems that We Go Shop is the best option for us. If anyone has used their services in the past, I would appreciate some guidance on a few things. How does purchasing beer and wine work? Is there any type of deadline where you need to order, ideally I would like to wait for the weekly sales flyer to come out before I place my order. Also, how are refrigerated items handled if we are not in the room, I hate to have to be held hostage in the room waiting for our groceries to come. Any guidance would be appreciated. We leave in less than 2 months and it's the first trip for our two daughters, 2 and 3 years old and our first trip as DVC members! I think I'm more excited then they are!!!! Thank you guys in advance!

I can't comment on their service, groceries are left with the front desk if you are not there and they will put perishables in the fridge.

You need to ask the company about booking deadlines. Sometimes the services get all booked up inadvance, especially around holidays.

The items can be left with bell services (not the front desk) and they will refrigerate items if needed.

We used WeGo on our last trip a few weeks ago.

I placed the order the week before our arrival … and the owner of WeGo (Amy) called me within an hour of placing the order to go over the order and ask a few questions. I basically wanted bottled water, a variety of different types of milk (we have lactose intolerance for some, but needed whole and skim milk for others), we also order a variety of snacks, lemonade, etc. And some wine.

Amy will set up an appointment time on the day of your arrival based on your flight plans, etc. Our appointment was for 12:30 as our flight arrived at 10:30. Amy's husband delivered the grocery exactly at 12:30. Our room was not ready and I had almost forgotten our appointment b/c I was having a great time over at the CR eating lunch while waiting for our room. By the time I walked over to BLT the groceries had been already been unloaded and placed in the refrigerator at bell services. Could not have been easier! Prices were great -- bottled water was on sale at Publix so we nearly 100 bottles delivered at less than $15 total for the water.

I paid for the groceries with a credit card and then an hour later our room was ready I called down to bell services and they delivered them to our room.

I plan to use WeGo for every trip. It was great! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

We have used Marge and Amy at WeGoShop many times and have found them wonderful to work with! I believe that Amy is the owner now.

1. Day and Time slots do fill up and there is a chance you could miss your date if you don't book early. I would suggest contacting them via their website/email and booking your date and letting them know you will submit your order the week of and why, it shouldn't be a problem.

2. Unless things have changed, and that's always a possibility as things change daily with WDW policies, Bell Services is not allowed to accept/sign for alcohol. If that is part of your order you will need to be there to accept it.

Each time we have used the service I have been truly impressed. Last time Marge called me as she was shopping to let me know the store was out of a certain item and she wanted to give me an option she thought was better then the substitue I had selected. She also discussed the look of some of the produce available as well as happily allowing me to add items as she shopped.

She uses her store cards and you benefit from the in store sales as well as the buy one/get one offers. These more then covered the cost of the service and tip during our last visit :goodvibes
