Grocery deliver to OKW room

We will be arriving on the 10th (7 DAYS!!!!) to OKW. We have set up garden grocer to deliver our goodies between 1-3.

Our plan is to get checked in and then head to a park by mid afternoon. Our flight gets us in at 12:30 so if we get to the resort and the room is not ready, which we are assuming it will not be, will they deliver our groceries along with our luggage to our room? If they do, would they happen to put the perishables away? And one more question, if we have the front desk (concierge -whatever it is!) hold our carry-on bags, will they also deliver those, if not how long would they be open so we can get those before getting to our room?

I don't know if GG is an authorized Disney partner who is allowed to leave your order with Bell Services, you need to check.

If not, you have to receive the GG order in person and they expect a tip.

If they are, your order will be received and later delivered by Bell Services when you are in your room, (they expect a tip). They do not put your order items away.

Your luggage if you use the yellow DME tags will be delivered to your room without you being there because the tip is paid from within the DME program.

No....groceries are stored with Bell Services.....just call them when you get to your room and they will bring them.

You can get your carry-ons delivered at the same time. Just call when you are in the room.

The refrig items will be bagged separately and Bell services will put in their refrig...we had 20 bags of groceries the trip we didn't have a car. Tipped bell services very well as we were in a GV on the second floor and it was extremely hot. Same person came when we had to check out. He refused the tip and said we had over tipped him on the way in. Disney Magic. He did get our two bottles of unopened wine!

Used Garden Grocer at SSR last summer. Tipped GG in advance on the order because I had it delivered and stored at Bell Services before I arrived. Bell services delivered luggage and groceries when my room was ready (tipped them too). Was very easy and will definitely use them again.
