Karen Congratulations on your job!! Just in time for the holidays I guess we really take for granted some things that we have that others do not. I am also very thankful for my job & DH's. My DH is in manufacturing but has not gotten laid off in this recession but so many have. I realize we have been so lucky so far. I hope you all have a great weekend.

We got good news last night-my DS (16 yrs old) had his soccer banquet last night & received the MVP award by his JV coach. We are very proud parents here today It is that much sweeter because my DS got singled out at the beginning of the season by the varsity coach by not being picked to play in the Jamboree they had & was the only JV player from the previous year to not get picked to participate so this was very sweet last night. Sorry to go on & on...

I have news to share!!!!!!!

As of Monday November 9 I am officially employed by my company and no longer with the contracting agency! I actually have paid time off, vacation, sick time.....like a real person! lol It is so amazing and I am so profoundly greatful for this gift.

And thank you all for the congrats on my job. I cannot tell you what this job means to me. It is just awesome and my bosses are such fantastic people to work for and just plain fantastic people period! To get paid for doing what you love and now to have benefits like vaca and stuff (don't need medical as hubby has it!)......I'm just so profoundly greatful.

Thanx and no worries about them being late. We had a really busy week here, so I would have had no time to look at them.

After 10 months of being on the market, our house in New Mexico finally is sold!! Wahoo, back to one mortgage for us!!!!!! Yipee!!!!
