For those of you that were watching Hells Kitchen with me and cheering on my friend Carol, you will know she got kicked off last week. We were at Disney so we didn't know until we finally got the chance to watch the show 2 days ago. However, I have talked to her since, and she is very happy with where she is at. She is now an Executive chef at an Italian Cucina in Knoxville. She is also getting ready to do a charity event for a local kids hospital, it is a Dancing with the Stars (local celebs) type thing. She has been taking ballroom lessons, and says while it is fun and she is excited for the event, she said the lessons are tough and her body is sore!! Good for her!

Corinna I was so angry at the way she got booted out. I think he just wanted to even up the teams.

When we are in Knoxville I will certainly look that restaurant up.

Now I really hope they get rid of the woman Carol was enemies with. Can't remember her name now. Danny is the one I am rooting for now.
