Groceries

Our family is going to be staying at the Doubletree near Downtown Disney. Does anyone know a grocery store nearby where you don't need a car to get to? I hear there's a Publix, but looks like you need a car to get there.

There is a Goodings across the street which you could realistically walk to. They are more like a specialty grocery store than a regular one, and things can be a bit more expensive there but they are certainly less than on property. There are also a ton of familiar restaurants over there...
