Gringotts today

Arrived for early entry and gates opened at 8am. Sat in carriage for 0822 - then the ride hit a "technical problem" and had to get off! 10 mins later back on and off we went - all done by 0845! Walked I. For breakfast at leaky cauldron. All in all a great day at both parks - virtually no queues for any of the rides including back in IoA for forbidden journey- walked right through and on within 10 minutes. Have to say IMO favourite forbidden journey, followed by transformers and the. Gringotts!

Thanks for the report! We will be there next week and hope to have a similar experience (minus the Gringotts breakdown).

Arrived around 9:30 today. Posted wait time was 60 minutes, but we were on the ride in about 30 minutes. Tried single rider later in the day around 4ish, but after waiting 30-45 minutes, they closed the ride. Don't know if it reopened or not.

each of the 2 parks now has it's own "harry potter" land. with the hogwarts express traveling between.

at IOA you have the Hogwart's castle (with theForbidden Journey ride) and the town of Hogsmeade.

at Universal studios you have diagon Alley (in LONDON) and the Gringotts' bank (with the Escape from Gringott's ride)

I believe there is and Ollivander's wand shop in each of the 2 lands. and numerous shops and eateries in each.

to travel between the 2 via the Hogwarts express, you will need a park to park pass.

Waits at 13:30 for gringotts were only 20 minutes today! On that basis, is EE actually creating bigger lines than later in the day?!

We wondered exactly this when we were there on Tuesday.Gringotts appeared to have longer waits during EE than later in the day around 3-4pm,when it was 20 minutes.

Once people realize this, early admission times will drop too.
