GG Slushies are awesome!! I wanted to see if I could make them at home. I am going to get some frozen lemon or lime-ade....and what else do you think is in them, besides the GG?

I just went to my local wine shop and the are selling this for 21.99 almost got it but then i wantedto save my first glass for disney!

I just got some at Costco for $16.99! Good stuff, especially with chocolate and/or berry desserts. Try a glass with a chocolate dipped strawberry. YUM!!

You mean you can buy a Kir Royal or glass of champagne in the wine store in France?

Grey Goose slushies are da bomb! They are so addictive. It's like frozen lemonade with booze sent right from heaven! You can also get them at Downtown Disney!

Here I go again, posting on yet another drink thread!

These are delicious. You will see the stand near the lake as you enter France. I think you will enjoy these.

Are they just crushed ice and grey goose? Or are they flavored?

If they are flavored, not sure the point... The flavors wipe out any taste the vodka has (and obviously the better the vodka, the less taste there is)... I love good vodka in a martini, but it seems like a waste to use the good stuff in a drink where the mixers cover any taste possible.

IMO nothing beats getting either a Grand Marnier or Grey Goose slushie after Illuminations on PM EMH night. I just love strolling around the World Showcase at night with one of those puppies.

I would like to try the Rosa Regale wine. I've seen it mentioned on the Dis often. Reading this thread, I take it that you can buy a glass of it in a wine shop in Italy? Is that correct? Can anyone say how much a glass of it costs?

Yes, Chill Rosa Regale -

think of it as a champagne, only milder (in regards to the bubbles - you will note the bubbles in Rosa Regale is not as strong as a soda pop bubble - nor as strong as most $20 champagnes - you will not taste the "yeast" in Rosa as you do champagnes)

I've not had Frombrosie - so I cant compare...

but when you pour Rosa, its pink - you smell berries - when you sip it, you know you are tasting the first strawberries of the season, or maybe rasberries, and yet, its not a strong taste - but that is why if you eat a dark chocolate, you feel the taste of chocolate covered strawberries...

it was $10 for one glass - so if you find it (Wal Mart sells liquor??!!) buy the bottle for your return trip from WDW - every time, you will be brought back to sitting at Epcot...

MMM...LOVE the Grey Goose Slush! I think I paid $10 in December 07..I could be wrong though. It was paired perfectly with illuminations!!!! I LOVE trying all the drinks in Epcot...ok..so maybe not all..but many! (Not on the same day of course!!) LOL

Pretty sure it was in France at Food & Wine it was cranberry. My sister was trying to get me to add these to my wedding DP menu but I already have the GG Slushie and 5 different wines so I didn't need any more booze for about 18 people.
