Can that be done in crock pot? If so anyone have a recipe?

Thank You:wave:

I thought the same thing last week when I made my turkey. The oven is so small that I can't do anything besides the bird in it. My crockpot had just broken, though, so I used a Nesco Roaster instead. (I'm told that you can use the roaster as a crock pot.)

I just used the regular recipe & turned it on. I don't think you'd need to make any adjustments. I know I didn't for the Nesco.

I found a crockpot greenbean casserole -- but it's for frozen beans.

Here it is:

Crockpot Green Bean Casserole Recipe

2 pkgs. frozen green beans

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/3 C. milk

1 t. soy sauce

1 small can French Fried onions

Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.

Boil green beans until separated and defrosted - about 3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix soup, milk and soy sauce until smooth. Add beans and 1/2 the onions. Pour into crockpot.

Top with remaining onions. Cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.

Note: Do NOT use canned beans.
