So here is my story! I arrived at Alamo’s Ft Lauderdale Airport branch. I had pre-checked in so went right to the garage and was directed to the full size vehicle isle. There were a number of vehicles to choose from but only one I could find that had Bluetooth. I drove to the checkout booth were I met Pierline. In checking over the vehicle with Pierline I noticed the left rear quarter panel was loose. Pierline had me back it up and park it and pick another vehicle. I couldn’t find another with Bluetooth. Another Alamo gentleman was walking by and asked if I needed help. I showed him the first vehicle damage. He told me he couldn’t do anything about the available vehicles to choose from. He left but while still looking at vehicles I noticed another guy get in the damaged vehicle and drive off headed further into the garage area not towards the exit booths. So I finally picked a vehicle and drove back to Pierline’s booth. Only then did I realize I had left my wallet on the center console in the damaged vehicle. Pierline could see I was in panic mode. Pierline did her best to calm me down meanwhile getting on her radio and making calls. After what seemed like a lifetime but was actually five minutes or so another Alamo gentleman came walking to the booth with my wallet. Pierline then had me get an upgraded vehicle that had Bluetooth. So if you happen to be going through Alamo at Ft Lauderdale airport and you see Pierline at the checkout booth give her thumbs up and tell her Frank says THANKS again.
