Greatest food created by man?

I'd eat pizza once a week also if I wasn't so lazy to go back out to get it after I got home from work. 3:30 is too early to grab pizza on the way home. And now with doordash, it costs 3 times to have it delivered than the pizza actually costs if you give the driver a tip on top of paying doordash.
Do none of your pizza places sell them uncooked? That's what I do when I have to pick them up way early; I ask that they not actually cook it, then I bake it myself when we're ready to eat. Works just fine if it's only holding for a few hours in the fridge.
 
Do your pizza places no longer deliver themselves? Around here all the pizza places that delivered before Covid amplified delivery services still deliver like they did before without the delivery services fees.
No idea as I'd lived out in the country away from delivery for so long I never gave delivery a thought when I was forced back. Doordash became a thing before I came back and now it's been escalated this past almost 3 years.

Ewww. I suppose you eat Little Caesars, Dominos, and Papa Johns too and call those pizza? Disgusting. I have Italian blood in me from my mother's side, no way I'm eating any of that garbage.

Hmm, never thought of that. Problem is, it's weird but I don't have an oven.

When I moved in, I couldn't get anyone to follow through and deliver propane for the stove/oven. I gave up, someone gave me an induction burner and I've been using that ever since as it's just me. I could only use the oven in the middle of winter anyways as heating up my home would take all night to cool back down.

Then I got the air fryer and I really have no use for the oven/stove. I cook mainly outside on the grill anyways. I couldn't fit a pizza shop pizza in my grill. I get my pizza from an Italian pizza shop so it's still pizza sized and not the little tiny things from chain places.

This brand from Target is surprisingly good, and a product of Italy. There are several tasty varieties.

I won't eat Little Ceasars or Domino's, but Papa John's NY style crust pizza is decent. Normally we go to a place owned by brothers from Brooklyn called Terra Mia. Or I go to Pizza 900 or Napolini at Downtown Disney for some wood fired Neapolitan.

I grew up in NJ so I aware of what "good pizza" is, but I'm not so snobbish as to write off really any pizza. It's mostly all good to me. I love a good CPK BBQ chicken pizza with bacon added.

Oh, Napolini, that sounds like the place to be. So close to what I had growing up, Napoli's.

It's so good that I sometimes make the trek all the way over to Downtown Disney JUST to have it for lunch. Although, I should just eat it more often during my park visit days. I'm so lazy, I just eat in the parks.

Cheesecake, definitely cheesecake gets my vote. Even better when the Cheesecake Factory has the Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake available. Too bad I won't be able to eat it since I had bariatric surgery this year :(

When did you have your surgery, and what kind? I had my sleeve almost 6 years ago and I'll tell ya, I can eat cheesecake. Not a whole lot, but a couple of bites is all I need to feel like I'm having a treat!

I had gastric bypass in May of this year. I'll be sad to miss it for a bit but the weight loss and improved health has certainly been worth it.
