Greatest food created by man?

Boo hiss.

Nothing beats these little fat pills.

You can have those little fat pills until the end of time if it were up to me. Those go down as one of the worst candies on my list.

As for my best food of all time. Pizza will be on that list. I'd also add a good macaroni and cheese.
Dessert wise, nothing beats a warm homemade chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven.

I'd eat pizza once a week also if I wasn't so lazy to go back out to get it after I got home from work. 3:30 is too early to grab pizza on the way home. And now with doordash, it costs 3 times to have it delivered than the pizza actually costs if you give the driver a tip on top of paying doordash.

You act like frozen pizza doesn't exist.

Even bad pizza is still pizza.

I am going to say jalapenos/hot peppers. Because they make so many different cuisines sing.

Mexican - obviously
Thai food - yep!
Pizza? Bring em' on
Indian - absolutely!
American appetizers - only thing I order most times!
Jamaican - are you kidding me??
Vietnamese - pho-get about it!
Hmong - yes, please!

I always have peppers of varying degrees, hot sauces, etc. on the ready.

Up until yesterday the greatest food ever created by man was easily cotton candy. There were no close contenders.

I present to you the first contender that may unseat cotton candy:

These looks iffy, but I give them credit for doing something new with candy corn. Typically they just recolor it for different holidays.

And listen, Peeps are not for Halloween. Candy Corn is not for Valentines. Candy companies are taunting tradition!

Being pre-diabetic sucks. I do enjoy some Russell Stover sugar free chocolates every now and again. They use Stevia as the sweetener and they are surprisingly good.
I've tried the mint chocolate ones, therefore let me say this once again:
What Tippy Said.

I've also said before in the past that food is ultimately the main topic of the DIS forum, and I stand by it.

It is not candy corn flavored. Very much nerds flavored with a marshmallow type aftertaste.
