GREAT NEWS! Missing UW Student

CNN.com is reporting that the police no longer consider there to be a suspect at large and they have stopped looking. I didn't hear any police personnel quoted using the word hoax, but that seems to be as good a word as any. She claimed that her "captor" used duct tape, rope, cold medicine, and a knife, among other things, to keep her under control. The police found a video tape of her buying those things. The girl also changed her story about where and how she was abducted.

This is so sad. I can't believe she would put her friends and family through all of that pain and fear.
