I had such a great experience with MS. My family is schedule to stay at OKW and VB prior to our cruise and then one night back at OKW after cruise in mid to late August.
I just found out that my 20 yr old sons college co-op job will end early then he thought, so he now can go on vacation with us. Last year he missed our trip to BLT and The parks due to a Engineering Research job all summer. I would like to share how proud I am of him. He is only a sophomore and this is his 2nd Engineering job, he is working for BAE Systems (British Aerospace) on some big project.
Well, any way, I now need to make changes to my reservations....3 of them. I need to change room size at OKW for both stays and add him to our VB stay.
The CM, Elizabeth was so helpful.....it went so smoothly. I also put in my room request at that time. Also I was thrilled that with the change we got HH for both stays....yeah
What a great experience. I am so happy, to have our oldest with us and that we have DVC to enjoy!
Oh...and adding him to our cruise was a snap too!!
