I felt the need to share my wonderful experience with Alamo from this past week. We caught the bus after waiting about 10 minutes. From the time we got to Alamo till we were on the road was maybe 15 minutes and that includes unloading from the bus, walking to the building, doing the paperwork, walking to the car and loading it up. There were at least 10 people behind the counters helping customers. We had reserved a compact and got a Mistubishi Gallant (I"m guessing it's a midsize but not sure). It ran like a dream. I was asked if I wanted to do the fuel fill or wanted any optional coverage. I said no to both and there was absolutely no pressure at all. Check-in took about 2 minutes yesterday and we were off to the airport. All in all I was thrilled with Alamo!!!
