LOVED this episode! Despite my 30+ visits to WDW I still learned something, the Princess Promenade at the Grand Floridian for example. I really enjoy the short podcasts including the Best and Worst and the restaurant reviews. I save them to listen/watch while I get ready for work in the mornings.

I noticed Oliver was wearing a McDonnell Douglas t-shirt in this one. My dad worked for that company in St. Louis for 20+ years before it became Boeing. I would love to know where he got that shirt so I can get one for my dad. He was so proud to be part of that company.

Great job guys and keep the podcasts coming! It really helps me get through the many months between trips.

i agree - some good ideas. I definitely echo the idea of watching Wishes from the Polly beach - particularly the special versions (Hallowishes, etc.) where you can really appreciate how wide spread the fireworks are

related idea - you can ride the monorail to EPCOT and while you do that tour of the park before you arrive and if you time it right you can see some of Illuminations without having to enter the park

other good free entertainment I think is the street performers they have in the evenings at both Disney Springs and on the Boardwalk ... plus things like Yeehaw Bob (though I assume most people would spend money of food/drink while there)

I forgot to add before too that I love to tour the different resorts (they did mention AKL, which is 1 I always try to get to) especially at the holidays. I've also done the free resort tours that are given (I"ve done AKL and WL) by a CM that works there. Hours/days can usually be found in the lobbies - used to be only AKL and WL did this, but there might be more now, not sure. The free activities I've done @ AKL have also been fun - talking to the CM's in the lobby/rooms off to the side about their cultures, etc., and the story tellers at the fire pit @ night.
