Great Dining places in DLH/DLR?

So my earlier thread stated I was going to DLR on the 19th till the end of that week in October. The only thing I have planned it the rides/shows we're going to be seeing as well as the DTD places we'll go shopping for his presents/etc.

The one minor thing i'm stumped on is well... places to eat. LOL
Can you guys help me in telling me what places sell what food (Your favorite food from that place to help me as well ) And what other places have great prices/great tasting food.
I heard there is bread bowls in the park as well? Do they just serve it with chili? Or is there something else you can get?

Just a few places that I really enjoyed to share with you.

Taste Pilots Grill-Great burgers, sandwhiches and super awesome waffle fries. They have a fixings bar so you can really pile it on if you like.

Corn Dog Stand by Main Street- I am not a corn dog person, but this has to be one of the best indulgences in all of DL

Blue Bayou-Wonderful ambiance, great food, and you really feel like you are sitting in a real Bayou under the stars. I really like the jambalaya

Have a great time, and wish I could help you with the bread bowls but the only one I ever had was at French Market and it looks like they took it off the menu.

You can just walk in at the Blue Bayou but I would recommend having a reservation, if it is crowded the waiting time might be too long.

You can get soup, chili, or salad in a sourdough bread bowl at the Pacific Wharf Cafe in DCA:

Soup/chili:
Bakersfield Broccoli and Cheese
Monterey Clam Chowder
Santa Rosa Corn Chowder
Vallejo Vegetarian Chili

Salad:
Chinese Chicken Salad
San Francisco Shrimp Louie
Sonoma Chicken & Apple Salad

La Brea Bakery Express in DTD offers soup or chili in a bread bowl.

Royal Street Veranda in DL has soup in a sourdough bread bowl:
Creamy Clam Chowder
Steak Gumbo
Vegetarian Gumbo

The Golden Horseshoe in DL has chili in a bread bowl topped with cheddar cheese.

Note - the only one of these I've ever tried was the San Francisco Shrimp Louie salad at the Pacific Wharf Cafe; I like it so much I have it almost every trip!

We just had a great meal at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen. We have been to DLR many times, but this is the first time we had tried it.

If you want similar food to Blue Bayou but no ressie, try Cafe Orleans. Not the same ambiance as BB, but very nice shady outside seating for people watching. This was also a first for us this trip. We kept wondering why we had never tried it before.

In the park we have also had good luck with Carnation Cafe.
