We were up at the outlet mall today and the Quiksilver store had racks of clothing for 75% off of the orange tag prices. That translates to $5 for hoodies and $2.50 for T-shirts 
They also had swimsuits, shorts, even children's clothing at 75% off the orange tag. We bought 10 items then went back and bought 4 more. Most of the payment was made with Simon gift cards we got on promotions so we got about $500 worth of clothing for less than $10 out of pocket. It was Quiksilver brand for guys and Roxy for girls, nice stuff for Christmas
