Great Deal from CRO, NOT JUST ON DINING!!!

We fly out of Moline, and already booked our own flight, but I have a few questions:

Is this an evening flight?

What was the total airfare after taxes?

Pop wasn't available?? That's not a good sign as far as crowds go.

I don't have the info here with me, but one was a mid morning flight and the return flight around 11:00 am.

That was the price for the total package after taxes. The 129 is based on availability too. I suppose they won't last long although Air Tran has some cheap fares for the summer right now that aren't through WDW. I didn't get a breakdown on the airfare, but I'm sure the 129 is before taxes and it had to be booked with the package.

Pop wasn't available, but that's for free dining and the good airfares. That doesn't mean that it's completely booked. It means that the rooms for that code for those days are gone. They only put so many rooms up for discounts.

Thanks for the heads up! I was able to book out of Flint, MI for $157 per person (this includes taxes!) The times were just what we wanted. It's a non stop flight and Flint is a little closer to us so I'm doing the happy dance! I can't tell you how much I stress over airfare and whether or not I'm getting a good deal or if the price is going to go up or down. Our air was a little cheaper last year but I'm just glad to get it over with!

The only problem I keep seeing from Air Tran is that most of the flights from BWI are a 1 stop with long layovers. We need a late afternoon flight around 5:30 and that would get us in around 10:30 ish. Did you find something else?

I booked out of Philadlephia for total $157 per person through disney last night. I was hoping for the $129 which would work out to $147 per person after tax but for whatever the reason my total is $10 more. I'm just going to get over it . I got a decent deal without waiting endlessly trying to catch Southwest or the elusive ding.

I also got exactly the flight times I wanted for non stops.

10:30 am departure PHL to MCO
8:24 pm return MCO to PHL

I was able to get the following:

BWI to MCO (non stop) 9:00 am - 11:09 am
MCO to BWI (non stop) 4:59 pm - 7:08 pm

All for $147 pp including taxes, came to $588 for 4 tix's.

Keep trying, it is available!!!

I've tried calling twice today and the system is down for booking Airtran through CRO. They said to try calling back later...

For those who booked flying from BWI, did you have any other flight time choices? I'd like to get the first flight to MCO and a late flight home.

I know that they only put up so many rooms for the discount, but last year there were still rooms available at POP on the free dining as late as 8/10. Either they offered less room this time, or a lot more people decided to book right away this time.

I just figured out that the air fare I booked seperately was $133 before taxes.

first the CM tried tellin' me they did not fly from KC, I knowwww that is WRONG....in fact I gave him the flight times...by memory...he was impressed...His computer was not working at first then he said "oh yeah your right..." for some reason it was not showing up on his computer for a while...

instead of 1394 we are payin 710 TOTAL for 5 of us~!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No deal for me! The CM that I talked to said this deal was only out of major airports snd said Moline wasn't one of them but checked Chicago and no availability. We even adjusted my dates by a couple of days both ways and still no deal. With everyone getting such different information I wonder if I should call back and try again.

The worst part of this for me was that I could've booked flights for $158 per person on AA out of Moline a couple of weeks ago but decided to wait and now flights are almost $300!! Arrrghh!!!!

there were very limited times available for us too...

we care flying home late at night with three kids the night before I go back to work (school) and I do not love that idea but oh well...I would call someone else and see if they can help u!!!!

I know how you feel it stinks!! We were going to have to pay 1400 in air...

I think I am switching to the Poly w/o dh permission...

Sadly, no and that is where I need to fly out of, of course, I save my sister hundreds of $$$$, however, I can't do it for myself, but that is how the cookie crumbles...

When I booked for my sister, they gave me MANY flight times out of BWI and I do remember the first flight was for 7:00 am and they even had a later flight coming home than the 5:00 pm flight that I booked for my sister...

YES KEEP TRYING!!!!!! Do not give up, maybe another CM might have more info, it seeems like every time you call different CM's know different things. I will keep my fingers crossed for you!!!

I just wanted to let people know that as of last Friday, I was still able to get a great rate from Disney on AirTran. I was able to add 4 r/t non-stop tickets from Philly to MCO for $157 each including taxes.
My travel agent kept telling me nothing was available. So, I called on my own and specifically asked about special AirTran rates.

Just beware that if they change flight times, they will reschedule you to whatever they want. When we booked air through Disney we had great flight times to start, then they changed them to rotten times later and we had no recourse. Decided to do it on our own since then. (especially since airlines change flight times all the time!)
