When we were on the MIB, my daughter's glasses went flying off. I was somewhat ticked because she had just bought them (at home at a discount store) We went to the control tower and asked if any one had found them. They checked and then told us to go pick out a new pair for free!:goodvibes

We couldn't believe it--no way would that have happened at any other park.
We had only asked if they had found them.


The next day, because I am so anal, I thought we would check lost and found at the front of the parks to see if the original pair was there. Well....the man at the desk kind of laughed because he had about 15 post office size boxes full of lost glasses. He dumped one out and lo and behold I reached in and pulled her glasses out:goodvibes

It was St. Patrick's Day so the Luck of the Irish was smiling on me.
 

Universal employees are the greatest! Something like that happens every time we go. Our son lost a stuffed animal last time we went and they let him pick out anything he wanted at the Universal shop to make up for it.
