Great Alamo rate!!!

We're going for 8 days Sept 3- Sept 11. We have a mini van booked for $258.36 with all the taxes and fees. I also booked a full size car for my sister for the same dates for $164.78 with all the taxes and fees.

I used the entertainment code and coupon for the car and a Disney visa code and coupon for the mini van.

I have had great rates and great service from Alamo. Why ever would I want to go off airport when I get great rates onsite.

Alamo is noted for frequently having long lines that take an hour or more to traverse. Join their Quicksilver club (or its current iteration) and you can miss the lines and be on your way quickly.

I just tried to get the same deal! Entertainment code and coupon for a full size but for 10 days and was quoted $395!!! Specifically, what codes and coupon did you use?

The rates from Sept 3 - Sept 11 are even lower today. A full size car for 8 days is now $157.64 and a mini van is $246.54.

I used the Disney visa code and coupon that I got in a mailer for the mini van.

Mine dropped as well. Using the bj's free day coupon and their code, my 10 day rental dropped to 205.30 total. Yesterday it was 214.63.

When I ran your dates, Sept 11 - Sept 19, I got a total of $261.05 (all taxes and fees included) with the entertainment code and coupon.

Just called Alamo and gave all the info. to reserve a mini-van...but the rate was $525 with the Disney info.! But, they had a premium car for $320/for 10 days with that same info! The problem now is...I DON"T have a Disney visa coupon! Did these coupons come in the mail with your bill? Unfortunately, I can't use my Entertainment coupons on a premium car!
HELP!!!!
Maybe someone else can figure it out for me!
I would like a Full or Premium car from Aug. 10-Aug.20th!
I already have a ressie with Avis for $345 for a full size with a possible upgrade to a premium!

Terri Thanks. I am going to call them back. I got the same as you on line I will see if they will fix it or I will cancel and rebook on line. The person who answered when I called said you cant use to codes. I know that is not true since the first person did use them but he wouldn't give me the Visa code #. The Disney Visa coupon came in the monthly news letter in May, I think. It wasn't in the bill. If you have a Discover Card, you can get a premium car for ten days for $341.43

Often these great rates are internet only and the agents cannot see them.

You will need the coupon. If you don't have it you will pay a LOT more.

I got a great rate using the Priceless code for Alamo and the priceless coupon on their site...

I have an intermediate rented for Sept 4th at 11am till Sept 12th at 8pm for $176.24 this is $16 less than my lowest National Rate.....
