Sorry, I thought my post made it clear I'm international; I'm in Australia She's a judge on the Voice Australia which is aired on Channel 9 here, as is Grease Live.

I have been waiting for this for a long time, only to discover it isn't going to be streaming live on Hulu. It is supposed to be available midnight Feb 1. I can't stay up that late and function tomorrow. Oh well, maybe some of the commercials will be cut out if it isn't live.

I agree! My favorite number in the film.
I am dying. I am out of state visiting the inlaws and they are making dinner now so I can't watch! I won't be able to see it until I get home in a week. I may have to skip the Super Bowl and watch Grease instead.

I don't think we are watching it live. There are reports that one of the actress' dad died today, and that "she performed in grease live, hours after her dad passed". It's still nice to watch, I just don't think it's really live, just recorded live. Also there is someone on Twitter posting about what was going on when they were there.

It's still not going to stop me from watching it.

I guess it's a case of "The show must go on". How difficult it must be for her.

I'm liking it. I don't like Marty though. She looks like a middle aged woman. And I just googled the actress who plays her. She's only 22. One of the younger performers.

She's not a great Marty. Part of what I liked about her character is that she is a teen TRYING to be mature and worldly... That actress really seems mature and worldly.
