Grease is the word!

Grease is definitely a classic. I've seen it so many times and love all the music. I saw Olivia Newton John in concert in January 2003 and she did a Grease medley. It was awesome.

This is my all time favorite movie. One of my earliest memories is laying on the floor pretending to be asleep so I could watch the end of it on TV. LOL I used to have the records it was a two record set and my uncle and I would sing all the songs.

My sister who is now 9 has known all the words for years now. We took her to see the re-release and she was the only little one there but she knew every word. Her friends parents can't believe my mom lets her watch the movie enough to know all the words. This and Dirty Dancing are her two favorites right now.

My husband and I listen to the CD all the time while we are traveling. It is great to drive too.

I also know all the words to Grease 2. My college roomates and I would sing Cool Rider and use the bunk beds as the ladder and act out the whole movie.

Love this movie, I must have seen it a million times. My sister and I used to recite the different roles as we watched it over and over again when we were kids. Now we are alot older and one night I was at her house and it was on TBS. We still knew all the parts.

Yuck. I guess I'm in the minority, but I hate Grease - on stage and the movie version as well. I LOVE most musicals, but Grease just does nothing but annoy me.

It's funny as I'm not at all keen on the film (movie), I don't like John Travolta, but I like most of the songs from it now.
