Grand Villa for New Years

Does anyone have idea what my chances will be for getting a Grand Villa at OKW for next New Years at 7 months out? I know generally it is pretty tough, but I was wondering if, given the high number of points required for that time period, I had a reasonable chance of getting it 7 months out.

Now assuming I can't get one, if I request both a 2 bedroom and a studio are chances pretty good I can get both in the same building? Thanks in advance for all your help.

You never know until you try. It may be difficult because some members bring family groups down year after year and I would guess the GV is popular for this.

If you request a 2 bedroom and a studio in the same building I'm sure they'll do their best to meet that request. Worst case would probably have you in adjacent buildings in the same area.
