Grand Gathering at FW?

We are planning on a trip to WDW in October. There are several families that want to go, my question is do we have to book as a Grand Gathering to be put in the same loop if not next to one another? Can they guarantee us a certain loop and sites together? We are bringing our Rv's sizing from 24-36 feet.

No you don't have to book as a Grand Gathering, you can just request that you all be placed in the same loop.

This is easiest done by fax directly to Ft. Wilderness about 4 days before your trip listing all the reservation #s.

However, why wouldn't you want to get a Grand Gathering #?? There is no extra charge, and you don't all have to book together. The only requirement is that there is a minimum of 8 people in your group.

You are more likely to be put together if you get a Grand Gathering number. You can each make your seperate ressies and then link them together. Have fun!
