I love this resort. But I haven't been there in about five or six years.

I heard that they are opening a DVC section there.

Does anyone know if non-DVC guests can book rooms there?

Yes, DVC is now at the GF and non DVC members can book cash reservations through WDTC. I'm not sure how far in advance cash reservations can be made as owners can book 11 months out with points and all others can book with points 7 months out. I think cash ressies become available around 6 months out, but I'm not positive. Hopefully someone will be able to verify that or give the correct information.

I have a res for Jan 2014

Try dates you are interested in and if not available keep checking. If an owner trades in points for non dvc some more rooms sometimes show up.

Also the chance of any discounts will be slim.

If you go to GF thread I posted some pics of exterior from my visit last week. Also youtube has videos and pics too.

Lastly dvc resort section has more info over there too.
