Does anyone know whether Dvc owners will all be able to book it when it opens for 7 months out or is there a time when only home resort owners can book?

And also in the past when they have announced a new Dvc resort has it opened on time, early, late?

I was speaking to a CM at the Poly last week and he thought it wouldn't open til spring 2014.

While likely not technically legal with the documentation and POS, I think BLT and THV had a short period of a couple of weeks or so when those that owned could reserve but not other DVC members even though they were within the 7 month window. To be legal they'd have to amend the multi site POS but that is easily done.

Both BLT and VGC had periods that those that owned there could book prior to it being available for 7 month bookings.

And both of those projects opened slightly ahead of scheduled if I'm recalling correctly.
