we had afternoon tea there about 3 years ago and tbh we wouldn't go back. We didn't enjoy it at all and thought it vastly overpriced. I know a lot of people do this and like it but we just didn't.. AND...they didn't do Yorkshire Tea

For Disney I thought it was fantastic value, 3 of us for $38. Goto London and it would cost that per person (just looked at Ritz, from £42pp)
We did it 2010, tried a couple of times since but always booked up.

blimey $38 for three of you!...It cost us a good $25 per person with tip!!! The sandwiches were dreadful, the bread had been chilled and therefore dried out and they do not know what a decent cuppa is, the cakes were ok, yes they looked pretty but the taste wasn't there. I must admit I find the UK far better then USA for afternoon tea.. Our local Hotel is Pennyhill Park and their afternoon tea is fantastic..Disney could do with a trip there Sometimes it's worth paying more..
As I said its just my opinion of the experience we had and maybe we were just unlucky that day.
Just wondered if you had any luck with this? This morning, when the reservations system opened, I tried making a reservation for May 10th (180+10 days out), but got no availability
I've been trying for the past couple of days for other days during our holiday too, but nothing
Are reservations for the GF tea room always difficult to get? Do I still have a chance with cancellations or should I forget about it?
