Grand Floridian to Wilderness Lodge

We are taking the Sleigh Ride at Wilderness Lodge over the Holidays, and I'm not quite sure of how we get to the Wilderness Lodge from the Grand Floridian, which we are visiting to see the Christmas decorations. Is it bus or boat, and whereabouts do we board?

I would take boat or monorail to MK and then take the boat to WL.
