Cooking Grand Floridian Recipe Help

Hey everyone! I really, really want the recipe for the mini lemon tarts from the concierge lounge at the Grand Floridian Resort. I love those things and I really want to make them, so if you have the recipe please let me know. Thanks!

I just checked the index for the "Official Disney Recipe Exchange" thread & didn't see the lemon tart recipe for the GF. However, there are 2 other recipes you might want to check out.

On page 144 there is a Lemon Tart with Honey from the Food & Wine Festival in 2001. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1575103&page=144

One of those might be close to what you are looking for.

I just looked at the lemon tart recipe from DLP -I've never seen any recipes from there! It looks to me like you could make it quite simply with pastry shells and good quality lemon curd if you're not up to pastry (I know some people find it scary ;-) )
