Grand Floridian, pool changing

We are spending one night before our cruise at the VGF. We aren't doing any parks; maybe Disney Springs since we skipped it on our last trip. Since it will be July we plan to have our swimsuits ready in our carryon bag. Our room has been ready when we arrived the last couple of times but that luck can't hold out forever; is there a good area near the pool to change if our room is not ready? We swam at the Poly on our check out day last month and I changed in the companion bathroom by the pool.

When we stayed at VGF back in December, the Beach Pool had showers, lockers and restrooms.
