Does anyone know the name of the General Manager at the Grand Floridian? I wanted to write a letter about great service we received there.

I think Mr. Noble is the GM for both the GF and Poly. The reason I think so is because I talked to someone in the administrative offices at both the GF and Poly the first week of November and was told by both gals at both places that Mr. Norm Noble was the GM.
