I think that there are suppose to be 140+ units built. The license appears to be for only 98 units. That could mean that they might be selling fixed weeks on a separate license or maybe keeping villas for themselves or something else.

The GF is very beautiful and I am hoping it will not be to expensive.
Also hope that it will have a Club Level like AKL Jambo.
I don't but you never know.Do you think they will offer the extra services that they give you at the GF like the turn down service at night or any special perks to get people to buy there?
I hope that they don't have CL, at least not the way they do now at Jambo. CL resort owners pay higher dues to provide CL to others staying there. Not a fair system IMO.
