is the whole beach area on the GF covered by construction? We're hoping to be at the GF in Jan 2013 and the beach is the key thing for our DS9. Thanks

From the pictures on the GF thread, it looks to me to be about 80% of the beach. Not sure if the entire beach or more of the beach will be open in January 2013. It's going to be hard to say.
