Grand Floridian Afternoon Tea ?

We going for a girls' afternoon tea on a break afternoon. Does anyone know if it's included in the dining plan? I can't seem to find a list for 2007.

This is not included in the dining plan (for either 2006 or 2007 - or 2005 for that matter).

It is however, a lovely afternoon event.
