We’re currently at WDW. Saturday is the last full day of our week long trip. Ds11 and I are considering doing one final hooray where we get Genie+ and try to squeeze in as many rides as possible. We’ll have already been to all the parks and been able to ride most things so nothing will be a “must do”. I’m not opposed to paying for ILL either. If you did a day like this what would it look like?
We’ll be at WL and we currently have an 8:30 dinner reservation at Homecomin’ I can cancel but thinking we’ll be done by then anyhow.

A few times my DD and I have done 4 parks in a day and loved the adventure of it. Like you, the beginning of the trip we did all we wanted then towards the end just wanted to try something different.

Yes, you spend a lot of time on Disney transportation but we saw that as part of the adventure and rode as many different types of transportation that day as we could.

I will say we did this pre 2:00 park hopping restriction but have heard of others doing it since then so it can still be done. Personally, given the 2:00 constraint I'd choose your favourite park to go to first then start from there. Normally we finish our day in the MK or Epcot as normally they're open latest. Our goals were:
1. visit all 4 parks the same day
2. ride as many different types of DIS transportation as we could
3. ride an attraction in each park
4. take a selfie in front of the park icon (castle, Tree of Life. etc)
5. eat our favourite snack in each park. This also meant we didn't need to stop for a full meal

Hope you have fun whatever you decide to do!

We're planning 4 parks one day for our final day. Starting the morning at AK, lunch at Sanaa, then bus over to Hollywood Studios to ride a ride, then skyliner to Epcot for last minute snacks/take homes and one ride (for posterity), then monorail to MK for the fireworks and a last ride on 7 Dwarves.

ETA: We're hoping to go in the summer or fall so hoping for longer hours!

That’s really cool!

We’re doing 4 parks on our last full day. Last trip we almost did it without even trying but instead of going to DHS we went to the pool. I haven’t decided if we will do any challenges but I’m thinking an icon picture, 2-3 rides and a snack at each park.

My plan is to do Epcot-DHS-AK-MK. The reason I chose this is we are going during F&W and it’ll most likely be the last weekend (Saturday is our last park day) so there is no way I’m touching Epcot at night. I figure we can have a later start since we can’t hop until 2 pm anyway. Then it’s a easy hop to DHS. We love AK and MK at night so will be able to see both after sunset. I expect AK to close at 8 pm and MK around 10/11 pm.

Sounds like a great plan!

The first time we tried for more rides but didn't plan properly and ended at the park that closed earliest. Oops! The second time we planned better and it was great! If we had PHs we'd probably try again this trip but at this point PHs will only be added if we need them in order to save $ for a couple of days of G+ and a couple ILL$

Thanks for the encouragement! I think we’re gonna go for it.

At this point our loose plan looks like this:
Start at DHS
Get up at the crack of dawn and buy Genie+
I’ll try to get SDD (what can I say, I’m a thrill junky, the thrill of the chase that is😆)
Use Genie for as many rides possible at DHS (we’re going there tomorrow, so what we’ll ride Saturday is TBD)
undecided if we zip over to AK for either FOP or Dinosaur or if we just skip AK. Our only reason for going would to say we did all 4 in one day.
Epcot: test track, maybe Soarin if time allows
Monorail to MK where we’ll ride BTMRR and whatever else strikes our fancy
Boat back to WL.
We’re cancelling dinner and eating whatever junk food we desire.

We did it 😃 it was exhausting but fun. I’ll outline what we did in case it can help someone in the future.

5:00 awoke in a panic bc it was Saturday and my work day alarm wasn’t set like I’d assumed. Went ahead and purchased Genie+ before setting alarm.
6:58 started refreshing MDE
7:00 booked SDD
7:01 paid for Rise ILL
7:30 hopped on bus to DHS

8:00 entered DHS and headed towards MMRR
8:35 announcement they MMRR opening it delayed due to technical difficulties 😫
9:00 board MMRR
9:05 wait for TSMM standby
9:50 board SDD at start of LL window, booked Alien SS as soon as we tapped it (yes, poor use of Genie but it was convenient and ds wanted to ride)
Tart breakfast at Woodys
10:30 Alien, booked Star Tours after tap in
11:05 Star Tours, lucked into MFSR Genie….yay!! (All morning had show No or late availability, keep checking!)
Popcorn break
12:20 MFSR, booked 1:30 Safari ride (Genie automatically changed it to 2-3)
12:30 RoR…..got all the way thru the preshow and it broke down 😭
Stopped at GET umbrella to get our ILL refunded since we were leaving the park. Clearly this is a frequent occurrence, only took a minute to do.

Board bus to AK
1:45 on the dot, scanned into AK
2:00 Safari, booked Dinosaur but in the rush of excitement I got trigger finger and missed that it changed the time to 5:30 🤦🏻‍♀️ Had to hard close the app to get the cancel button to appear. Rebooked dinosaur
2:50 Dinosaur. Spent all of the preshow refreshing but managed to score both TT and Remy before Phylicia Rashad finished her spiel 🎉 (both had been completely unavailable for hours
Grabbed Mickey pretzel before leaving AK

4:15ish arrived at Epcot
Had some time so walked in the WS a bit for a quick snack.
5:20 Test Track. As we were getting in line they announced the ride was delayed for just a short time😖. Fortunately it really was just a short time. Booked BTMRR for 7:40
5:50ish Remy

7:00 arrived a MK via Monorail
Ate popcorn while waiting for our LL window (note: we could have done more here but ds wasn’t interested)
7:40 BTMRR
7:59 BTMRR
8:05 BTMRR (he really likes this ride 🤣 and ending our trip watching the fireworks from the top was magical)
Braved the crowds to get out of MK
9:00 arrived back at WL via boat. Grabbed dinner from Roaring Forks before collapsing from exhaustion.

29k steps (almost 12 miles) walked
13 hours in the parks
12 different rides
$52 spent on Genie/ILL
12 selfies with my tween son
Tons of memories made 💙

we agreed we’ll do it again but next time at the beginning of the trip so we have a better idea of what we want to ride again during the week.
