Grand Fiesta Tour lines from 9am to 11am?

We haven't been to Epcot since Frozen Ever After opened. Now that Grand Fiesta Tour is also open at 9am, how are the lines? Does everyone do it after riding FEA making it crowded?

Grand Fiesta Tour no longer opens at 9AM.
Mexico has gone back to 11AM WS opening time.
