When leaving the lobby of the Grand to go towards the parks, there are a few steps of stairs and a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers that seems to frequently get bogged down in a bottleneck. Does anyone know if they are doing any work to that in the hotel construction?

Thanks!

Few details about the renovation have been released, most information is from actual completed work. The path to the first ramp also leads to the restroom, so I agree it is a poor layout. The lobby seems less busy (my anecdotal observations) since the front entrance was restricted to GCH guests, so perhaps there will be less congestion.

I agree. The lobby and walkway to the DTD entrance were must less crowded. (Just adding my anecdote to yours!)

I haven't encountered the bottleneck, and I am usually on an ECV. But I am usually coming thru after EMHs.
