I’m sure the answer to this is (hopefully) obvious, but the type-A planner in me needs to confirm. On our checkout day, our flight isn’t until around 11:00 pm. Will they store our luggage while we go to the parks? Ideally I’d like to give it to them around 7:00 am or so so we can be there for rope drop and leave it with them until around 7:00 pm when we go to the airport.

Yes, Bell Services will store your luggage on your checkout day.

Have your bags picked up from your room, don’t take them to the lobby.
There is occasionally a long line to check bags in the lobby.

Luggage storage is free, but tipping is expected.
I tip both pickup and delivery.

Sometimes a very lonnnnnnng line, just depends on the time you get downstairs, and pretty slow, but very "worth it" if headed to the parks for the goodbye.

Thanks for the tips! I booked the latest flight out to try and get as much park time as possible, so I’ll definitely make sure we leave ourselves plenty of time in the morning.

A couple weeks ago, they had a separate luggage drop off set up next to the main elevators in the lobby. There was a bit of a line there but it wasn't too bad as they had multiple bell services CM's taking peoples bags there.

The last time I stayed at the GCH we had a long wait to pick up our bags from bell services. We were there earlier than needed to be in order to catch our shuttle back to the airport so there was little stress but something to keep in mind on picking them up.

Bell service to and from rooms is notoriously slow.

Dropping off bags in AM, there is usually only a big rush around checkout time. Early AM...and even during busy times the drop off process is pretty quick.

As noted...allow yourself some extra time when retrieving bags. That can also take a while.

You may wait a LONG time to get your bags back in the evening, so plan accordingly! It took over 30 minutes to get our bags at 9pm on a Monday night a few weeks ago.
