I remember my now in her 30's y/o niece losing her "wittle" mind by calling a 900 number at 2.00 @ pop so she could hear Usher songs on the TV; took a few months of reduced allowance to pay off that stunt .

I think for some of the more obscure categories there isn't even a ceremony. Technical awards like Best Engineered Recording-Non Classical or music like Polka or Traditional Gospel. Just a list of winners is announced.

Yeah, I just checked out the nominees for those categories. Sadly I didn’t know any of those songs. At least I knew a few of the artists.
